Pros

ADP/Cobalt is growing and has great successes. There are no layoffs. They manage websites for Automotive Dealers and have a contracts with several OEM's. There can be great work live balance with telecommuting. Benefits are average.

Cons

This company is all about who you know and if they like you. My experience has been you have to be willing to say yes to everything. You can also behave badly and get away with it and be promoted. Your work will not stand on it's own. In fact I have been told that work performance has nothing to do with promotions.

Pros

Good compnay, good benefits, national large company with good reputation.

Cons

Customer Service is inconsistant, each of the reps are not consistant. Not much room for movement with divisions.
