Pros

Settled life style, good work life balance. Lot of business touchpoints. Work spans divisions and business units technologies. People here are veterans

Cons

Less challenges. Very adhoc and repeatable. One size fits all methodology. Very slow in refunds reimbursements etc. Sometimes takes a year to get small expenses approved
