      Pros

      It's big - lots of people doing lots of things - new technologies are available for the right teams. Communication from upper mgmt is getting better.

      Cons

      It's big - too many people not connecting with other people and not sharing in what they are doing. Old technology must still be supported.

      There are none. Worse company in the US.

      Cons

      This company has changed for the worse in the past 15 years. It is deplorable. All levels of management are incompotent and many are corrupt. They keep reducing staff, freeze salaries, reduce benefits, and want you to praise and thank them for just for allowing you to have a job. This company is going into the ground.

      They give out titles like pancakes, not the sharpest people to work with.
