      Pros

      Good location and ability to be flexible with work from home/hours in inclement weather or emergency situations.

      Cons

      Change management - looking to make changes quickly but not willing to invest dollars/time in making the right changes. Too quick to act and not think the changes through. Also - seems like they are trying to get rid of tenured people and will be left with new ideas without the experience on how to implement them.
