Pros

I've only been with ADP a few months but I'm happy so far. The people are great, everyone is welcoming and willing to help. Management seems approachable as well. Lots of career growth opportunities.

Cons

Benefits are ok but could be better. Vacation time is only 3 weeks and you need to wait till 10 years of service to earn an additional week. The tech we use internally for our work is quite old. Too many systems are required to manage projects.
