* That pay is extremely low for the workload
* Management for the Ann Arbor office is not suitable for the role and has been the primary reason of 10 employees leaving within the last year
* Management in the A2 office doesn't understand work/life balance and will guilt you for taking time off and is micromanaging to the extreme (never experienced anything like it)
* Training is not yet up to par, you'll be left drowning and no one can help you cause they're overwhelmed with 30-40 projects.
* Lots of talk and empty promises over and over again ad nauseam
* High turnover rate, causing old projects to be pushed to newbies which disrupts the learning/training process
* Atmosphere in A2 is really horrible. Feels like you're being watched all day and the office is not pleasant to be in, you're also encouraged not to banter with colleagues.
* Have to wait over 2 years to migrate to a different team within ADP
