Pros

Fun coworkers, most managers have good intentions and want to see you succeed

Cons

ADP will preach that they want to promote leaders and those who take an extra step, but that isnt the case. There have been multiple instances where SLT only looks at the numbers to promote someone versus the overall in resume. SLT & HR put middle managers in an uncomfortable situation, by not allowing managers to determine who should be promoted. SLT & HR/AR does not work with the associates on the day to day, so they do not see the impact that individual contributors have on the teams success

Pros

You get pizza and coke almost every second weekend. Employees are helpful Stable organization for many years Good benefits Job stability

Cons

It's the absolute worst job for you if you are a happy person who likes to live his/her life and considers your job to be a job. This job will make you isolated from everything in your life. You don't have time to do anything apart from this job. I was there for 1 year and during this time, everyone around me was constantly under pressure, taking bathroom breaks as if it cost money, lacking sleep, and waking up at 4 or 5 am to finish tasks. The training is pretty bad, you learn barely anything and are thrown into the sea to deal with 5-6 clients at the same time after just being employed for a couple of months. I don't think I have seen such work pressure anywhere at all. I would not recommend this job to anyone unless this seems like an ideal work environment for you. Expect working overtime and weekends, and don't expect any overtime pay.
