I can honestly say I don't know very many happy employees at ADP. We used to be happy, during covid19 work from home order. Everything shifted when they started enforcing their extremely strict RTO policy that exhausts and threatens talented employees. Morale and motivation is low. There's also the increased pressure employees are feeling with a large # of projects/go-lives with unrealistic timelines, how long it takes to be recognized for your work and how little you get paid to do it.

Cons

Work Load can be overwhelming at times. Little to no support from PM's and Managers at time.
