Pros

- you don't get much involved with the payroll per se but you have to do audits - you don't need to know everything that is happening in the payroll industry as your job is only to audit the results and maintain relationship between the client and adjacent teams

Cons

- don't recommend this position for France, it's the most difficult payroll in the world. for the rest of the countries it can be quite enjoyable - lots of teams that don't know their role, they keep postponing you for various reasons, the clients come to you, everyone looks for you - responsible for the whole processes - new clients are a catastrophee coming from your own internal teams - sales department are doing a great job, but the service and implementation team are understaffed - very stressful, many don't get to resist more than 1 year - lots of clients to handle at the same time - you can see frustration on some people that get very easily pissed off
