Benefits start on day one

ADP removed monthly bonuses July 2023. Bonuses were the main source of income since the salary is very little and they claim they do not offer raises past the yearly “merits” where they give a 1-2% raise. They increased quotas but did also lowered commission. They are now wanting you to work more for significantly less. Do not plan on having a work life balance where you can take sick days or vacations

- Pay does not always reflect that amount of work you have to accomplish. - partnerships with other BU’s can be a hinderance. - Excessive focus on cold calling at times.
