Don't even think about it. They'll make you work like a maniac including many many weekends, extremely long hours and utterly unrealistic timelines. Senior management is not well behaved. There's no focus on quality - nill. It's all about churning out lines of code like a code monkey. They don't care about writing tests. Estimates? Forget about it. They want everything yesterday. This wasn't just my experience but it's all across the board at least at this location. Please don't go here. Avoid them like the plague.

Silos within the company create a very uneven experience - it's basically luck of the draw depending on which department/group you're working in. Higher-ups are out of touch with the reality of their expectations so in the end quality is compromised a lot.
