Not preferable who are going to work for network projects as there is no scope of learning new. Staying one year is more than enough that too for purpose of package. no proper hikes no proper management night shift allowances are very less no weekend support allownces no proper leaves NO technical development pathetic transport. no emergency leaves. cheap politics some project leads behaves as monarchs and considers employees as cheap labour.better management doesn't make them as project lead.

It is a very white male environment. It doesn't matter how good your job performace is you can be passed over for a promotion based on the "good old boy" network. If you are a women in IT you will never get a even a lead possition.
