Flexible Work Culture,Global Exposure,Great Work Life Balance,Process Based workflow, Disciplined and structured Organisation,Good to explore how MNC's work with obsession to Quality.

Cons

Monotonous Routine Work,Outdated Technologies,Not suitable for entry level associates to work since there is not much training provided Technology wise, Lack of Certifications,Company doesn't allocate much for Industry level certifications like CBAP,PMP.
