Pros

It's one of the best I've worked with. The RPO upper management is great! They foster growth and provide you with everything you need to succeed. I came back to workforce after 7 years and ADP gave me the opportunity. I had my volunteer experience during these years. Yet not many companies out there who would consider a candidate with such a long break.

Cons

I've seen a couple of lay offs. It does shake morale a little.
