Great benefits (healthcare, and starting with 4 weeks time off)

Cons

ADP policy can contradict Client. At times ADP wants to micro manage but depends on the manager. I do see improvements

Pros

We would go for a team lunches. Our account manager had great managerial skills. Career advancement opportunities. Really nice Christmas party.

Cons

None. Worked onsite of top tier investment bank so the management did their best to keep us happy.
