Pros

I've been working at ADP now for about a year. I find it ideal in terms of work atmosphere, Management, and work-career. I did expect that much when I applied to this job, but now I'm confident at recommending it to each one.

Pros

Hourly pay, fellow associates, dr on staff, cafeteria

Cons

The volume and expectations of work does not match the number of hours in a day. Numbers-oriented - no longer is this a company that cares about exceeding the clients expectations or work-life-balance - work work work, but do it within an eight hour day with NO escalations or issues. Definition of account management has changed from collaborating and working with clients to a call center. Upper management appears to either have NO clue what they are doing to their assocites or they simply do not care

Pros

If you work hard and show potential you can get promoted quickly. Great pay, comp structure is 'sales-rep friendly', great experience selling SAAS and managed solutions, amazing training, most of the people are great.

Cons

it feels too 'toronto-centric' at times
