Pros

I have nothing to say here. I wasted 7 years with ADP and happy I went to Paychex and making $7 more starting than I ever did at adp. $22.59 to $29.00 I call that a huge win for leaving adp!!!!

Cons

I was here from 2017 to just a few months ago. There is so much nepotism here it’s not funny. I always went above and beyond, was recognized by directors and senior leaders for my work being well done, but was making nothing. ADP only promotes diversity and inclusion as a poster, they truly don’t live by it. As a Muslim hijabi I was not allowed a quick bio break to accommodate my prayer times. They made it so uncomfortable and hostile that I ended up quitting.
