Pros

Great opportunity to learn and apply your skills. They do quite well as defining what your responsibilities are and making sure you meet your goals and quotas. They also push very hard to get all of the work out of you they can. This can actually be very character building and drives a strong work ethic.

Cons

I would caution everyone that ADP has a funny culture about promotions. It few quickly make it as an insider and are promoted up quickly while others never get a chance at a promotion no matter who hard they work. Also, during my employment, there were lots of turn over, downsizing and job reassignments.

Pros

Strong brand recognition, cutting edge technology, great internal partner support, creative processes for engaging clients and supporting them even when we may not have exactly what they need, most leadership is very supportive and engaged with the producers and mid level associates. Compensation packages are good, the base could use a little work. But if you are a producer in sales, commissions are strong, ucapped, and highly motivating.

Cons

Internal communication is a valuable, aquired skill, and cannot be ignored with ADP. Its important to build strong relationships with your sales, implementation, support and service partners to best position yourself for success. This can be very time consuming and require you to focus limited time in unlimited directions. There are many tools internally, all are designed to help get the job done, but there is sometimes a frustrating overlap and redundantcy that creates a hightened stress level.

Pros

There is a lot of income potential and avenues to move up within the company after you have been there for about 2 years

Cons

The SBS division is definitely an entry level position, the compensation is that of an entry level position and the nature of the work is also that of an entry level position. Great for about a year and a half to two years but after that you have to either move to another division within ADP or get a different(better) job somewhere else
