      Pros

      There are many job opportunities available, especially if you don't mind relocating. The company has been growing well over the last few years and the leadership team is really focused on making the company even stronger.

      Cons

      Changing products and procedures keeps you very busy learning new things. Depending on the job, you may work long hours but no one will ever tell you that you work too much. Some departments are very by-the-book.

      Pros

      Good Management, genuinly care about you. Strong incentives for customers to buy your product and a truely excellent product. Great culture, great first job out of college, fun environment. I enjoyed working there but needed to make more money elsewhere. Also, I didn't want to go into management there although they have an EXCELLENT managment and leadership training program.

      Cons

      Selling a commodity. Opportunities given to favorites. (I can say that because I was one). Turn and burn sales cycle. A "what have you done for me lately" mentality. Hard to stay on longterm because you feel like you are working with young kids right out of college.
