      Pros

      Flexibility, solid work life - home life balance is good. Rewards, incentives and compensation are fair for performance. Long term commitment to ADP reaps long term savings and wealth opportunities, 401k match, company pension, stock options, stock purchase, expense account, etc.

      Cons

      Initial learning curve, 8mo - 12mo. High pressure sales environment. Once you're performed expectations are set high, the bar is always set higher without a ceiling and eventually the goals set feel unattainable after years of performance.
