      you enjoy working here, less work more pay for employes come from other companies.

      Promotions Less incentives. Take home salary will be less because of variable pay component.

      Pros

      I am so pleased to work for ADP. My career is advancing at a fast pace, I learn something new everyday and I really enjoy coming to work everyday. Life is good!

      Cons

      A possible con would be a very heavy workload, but that seems to be par for the course. Expectations were set during the interview process.
