Cons

Pay is average and increases are small (although annual) Need to test the products before rolling them out. Silos separate departments (Sales, Payroll, HR etc)

Very male dominated although it is quiet and not openly acknowledged. Long Hours. Lots of talk about diversity but it is still not natural.

Good work/life balance, can be a fun place to work, depending on location staff is close, good resume builder

Cons

Managers are at best, incompetent. They only advance top sellers...so you better hope management likes you and gives you a great territory! It's feast or famine at ADP. Advancement opportunity is a joke- once again, managers will advance their "best buddies"..if they can get into top flight that is.
