Pros
The management team was extremely competent and knew exactly where to take the business. Besides there was special focus on associate development and building expertise.
Cons
At one point there was uncontrolled growth which led to compromises on the hiring front but that was rectified quickly. The security policy was stringent by Industry standards - though it turned out that the rest of the industry followed suit.
