Friendly work environment with Business Resource Group (BRG) opportunities to meet everyone's needs; introduction of StandOut philosophy has been extremely positive

Cons

Goals and business initiatives are constantly changing and many areas have been hit hard by the voluntary early retirement program with little if any backfill; additional staffing reductions on top of that

Large stable company. Decent benefits.

Cons

Impossible workload. They will work you to death. You earn a good amount of paid time off, but you are not always able to take the time away from work. And if you don’t take it you lose it at the end of the year. Disappointing products that we disappoint our clientele with regularly

I had a wonderful experience working for ADP, moved on to greener pastures.

Cons

Corporate environment, but ADP is making strides to change this with more innovative approaches in their offices to attract a younger and more diverse workforce, such as Starbucks in the office and free gym.
