Not much scope for growth

Only benefit is 401K matching and stock option.

Cons

Two years back there was good work environment. More flexibility. Now no flexibility. No work from home allowed. Bonus only applicable to certain levels. No work life balance. Two weeks of vacation even if you are going out of country for vacation. Everything is in Sr.Directors hand. Project manager doesn't have decision power. No proper processes implemented in Team, No team building activities. Sr.Management doesn't discuss career opportunities or expectations.

Pros

The teams are great and it is a family atmosphere. The pay is very competitive.

Cons

Way too many meetings. It is hard to get anything done with all of the meetings! Stuck using technology that was outdated ten years ago.
