Huge margin difference between your take home and your CTC, no benefits other than your FHPL, no rewards and recognitions CTC includes Variable pay which is deducted from your own salary, it is presented to you at once as Bonus. The bonus is again depending your performance throughout the year, it doesn't guarantee the whole amount deducted from your salary.
