Team mates, company name on Resume, and AIRS Certifications are free.

Cons

No work-life balance, low Pay, micro-management, dated systems, old fashioned thinking and ways of doing things. Company focusses mainly on promoting mainly white women, but when it came to other minority groups there wasn't really a push for it.

The biggest reason I wanted to work with ADP is the fact that they have some many different vertical markets within the company. This allows a large window of opportunity for advancement and also provides different career paths that are available to you. As a result, I no longer feel like I am in a dead end job. ADP has also done a great job of establishing a family atmosphere culture which is very positive and a blessing.

Cons

I have absolutely nothing negative to list here.
