      Passionate/Talented Software Engineers Stay Away From This Toxic Environment!

      Pros

      Competitive salary. You will meet great fellow engineers.

      Cons

      Though it is called the Innovation Center, it is not the right place for passionate and talented software engineers. This place is corporate at its worst (or finest?): Very top-down organizational structure. Incompetent management. Dirty politicking that distracts from getting real work done. Praise and recognition go out to those who talk the loudest, not to those less outspoken but who produce. More finger pointing and blaming than constructive teamwork.
