      Pros

      Great benefits. Good pay scale, along with a wage review EVERY YEAR. Great employee camaraderie!

      Cons

      Corporate split, ADP sold the automotive division I was in. The new automotive div. has a new company name They pretty much cut any one with seniority and replaced those jobs with young new staff with lower wages. Really a dirty deal.

      Very accommodating in terms of family schedules, flexible hours, and open to innovative ideas. Stable company and few major layoffs.

      Cons

      Can get bureaucratic if you try to go "outside the box" with ideas or career trajectory. Hard to get promotions.
