All managers are extremely kind and caring. A lot of fun activities, seminarium, skiing, aw, quiz, Christmas parties. Really nice offices. If you lose you consultant assignment the managers collaborate to find something new for you. A good first job or a good job for family life since work life balance is really important at AFRY.

Cons

Hard to grow within the company if you don't have 15-20 years experience at AFRY. Really really really low salary but a safe and fun place to work.
