Cons

We are growing. 17 000 employees and counting. Large, complex international organisation is not for everyone. But this has huge rewards in terms of job security. If you put in the effort, huge satisfaction from working across cultures, boundaries and time zones.

that they will hire you when you don't have a job, or you are relative to the director or manager

Cons

if you resign, they will show their true face then, You will not get access to any of the computer, and you will be asked to seat at reception throughout the day. they will ask you to pay them back for the licences you have used for projects. they will ask you to give training to the director's relatives in the office. you can not take paid leaves for more than 3 days by any means. there is a bond that will be introduced to you at any time in your tenure. office space is not hygienic and not good for any professional. there is no reporting structure in the organization.
