      Broad team, multiple disciplines, nice colleagues

      Cons

      Very low salary compared to market standards. Education level and specialization is not acknowledged. Fulfillment of annually-set goals is not rewarded. Loyalty is not rewarded. Poor management fails to attract projects and blames engineers down the hierarchy. I'd say good for a freshman out of university who has no family and low expenses.
