      Supportive management in my department Many diverse projects, i.e. early feasibility studies or full tender, traditional customers to cutting edge projects. Overall good vibe

      Cons

      Going back and forth on distance work Big focus on local market, less focus on collaborating with other offices and sharing knowledge Currently undergoing some reorgs with unclear vision, apart from focus on utilization (only revenue is hours billed)
