      Pros

      Intelligent team members in IM. Portfolio Managers with decades of experience and very approachable personality. Some of the best collaboration I've seen between the PM team and Sales. Office is beautiful and centrally located

      Cons

      Would be nice to have more resources available ( software, subscriptions, etc) but more a bonus than a necessity

      Compensation to start is not the best Your next position within the company will be a lot more competitive salary-wise from an industry standpoint You will be taking a lot of calls so be prepared for that, but they are relatively simple after you have been in the role for a while.
