no chance to grow because of racism, personal ego and bonuses are more important than the safety of passengers and crew.constantly putting the life of employees and passengers at risk (luckily the passengers have no idea about it).

No expenses the company pays for the travelling, food etc. Lots of professional experiences Save a lot of money while working there Make many friends and connections onboard

Cons

Most departements work 10-12 hours a day Freetime is limited based on scheduale 24/7 safety duties No days off while on contract
