You wear many hats while working this job which allows you to learn many different skills. Since ALDI strives on efficient work in small teams, that means every person matters and you make a difference every day at work.

Cons

Since you are required to multitask daily, that means it can get overwhelming when you first start and seems like a lot. But I promise it becomes second nature sooner than you think.

Fast pace and there’s always something to do. You’re cross trained so you rotate through different tasks during your shift. First dibs on new product.

Cons

Have to hustle everyday, every shift. Lots of lifting, walking and cleaning. Even with ergonomic practices, can be difficult for some! Customer questions can get repetitive
