Pros

Solid pay and are fairly flexible with your hours.

Cons

Having only one register open is miserable for everybody. Everything else has to be put on hold because the one cashier always needs help since it's almost always busy. Too focused on the scanning percentage too.

Pros

Pay is decent for the work and the managers are usually kind and helpful. Training was pretty easy. I personally think the work is not too hard, it’s a lot of organizing the store. I also enjoy cashiering because the customers are nice for the most part and we get to sit down so my feet don’t hurt too bad at the end of the day. Another pro is that they have been respectful of my schedule requests and time-off requests. I always work closing shifts.

Cons

The major downside for some people is that shifts are long, usually 8 hours or more.
