Pros

$13 per hour, flexible scheduling

Cons

Tons of work opening a store which is usually only done with two people (shift supervisor and an associate). As an associate you have 3 hours (6a-9a) to breakdown and stock 4-6 full grocery pallets and 1-2 cooler pallets. It’s a ton of work and stressful. No store is in control of the thermostat and often times the heat will be on at 6am while your literally running through the store stocking.
