Pros

Health Benefits;Retirement, if you can last SEVEN years to be vested;

Cons

Management thinks you are a computer, not a person; i.e...........productivity has just been raised for stores, meaning managers, who already work a minimum of 65-70 hour per week, consistently, are now REQUIRED to work even more hours..........OR BE FIRED.......reason given: company bad choices....; GROCERIES, are a MOVING experience constantly, supply & demand balances bottom line profits......store managers are not permitted to maximize their knowledge......
