      Pros

      -> Office is near metro station. -> Managers hear us. You know what I meant! You can go and tell you have difficulty and managers hear you. -> Flexible work so far. -> They work on challenging designs.

      Cons

      -> Pay is average, nothing extraordinary. -> Tapeout cycle might burn you a lot, but it is kind of same everywhere so not really a cons, if you think.

      competitive salary name recognition - AMD is well known, so it looks good on resume if you decide to leave

      Cons

      Tantrums, yelling, punching tables, and harassment by Finance management is just kind of daily life here. They think the more they bully employees, the faster work will be done. Using the term "war room" to refer to a recurring finance meeting is a weird wanna be move.
