Great company and fantastic products. Senior leadership is doing an excellent job. Used to be a fantastic culture

Cons

Now hiring a bunch of ex and current Intel people. The AMD culture is leaving the building. Hiring leaders instead of workers. There are already too many VPs doing not much.

The work groups are great to work with.

Cons

Employees are overworked and under recognized. Incentives are geared toward higher level positions and mid-level are overlooked. There isn't room for direct growth within HR. You need to leave to get experience and return later.
