      Friendly and inclusive culture in the office. Most employees know each other by name. Many teambuilding activities across dept, not just work.

      Team manager is very good. compensation is good for the work I do. Good perks - on-site gym, health insurance, stock programs, employee discount,

      Role is often very boring, mostly IT tickets, not much interesting dev work. Stressful & very busy at times. sometimes late meetings in US hours. 3 days in-office, upper management sometimes pushing for more than 3 days in office.
