      Great teams, opportunities for growth to a certain point, decent work-life balance

      Cons

      Low compensation relative to industry and experience levels, increase in responsibilities often occurs without increase in compensation, mediocre PTO and benefits, field campus makes it difficult to control technical projects headquartered in Europe.
