      Good company to work, great environment, excellent conditions, stability, good salaries, company provides means of employee develop him/herself 40 days holidays (ADV+holidays).

      Managers not close to employees.

      Conditions: bonus, holidays day, shares program, is not the best paying salary wise but the other conditions compensate Forces you to commit to your personal growth

      Cons

      Work environment: tough. Relations with some colleagues can be tough, environment brutal, competitive instead of collaborative, communication efforts may come only from your side
