      Pros

      Profit sharing (during good years). Some very unique, intelligent, and leading scientific and technical minds in the more advanced groups.

      Cons

      All paperwork and supplier tracking; even for dedicated "engineering" staff. No support for moving into engineering, math, or science role.

      Pros

      ASML will train you in any subject needed. They promote you to develop and grow within the company. ASML is a very welcoming and open environment to work.

      Cons

      The vendor business is always leading edge. The work place can be very fast moving. Technology advancements are demanding so your work will be intense.

      Employee stress level is normally low. best place to start career. Great compatibility for expats. Good benefits - holidays, salary and perks.

      Cons

      Skills acquired here can be very specific and may not give scope to extend it to another domain or may be almost no other company looking for similar skills. if you are fired for any reason, then future is bleak!
