Pros

A flexible working environment and perfect training opportunities for a junior mechanical engineer. This is typically Dutch work environment and ASML is even more pronounced in this regards.

Cons

Depends on the position the growth in the company is very slow and there is the danger that you're performing a function that ASML is the only place where you can practice.

Pros

In general, the work is quite interesting and challenging. The work culture is good and hierarchy is low. Top management as well as the works council is caring towards employees.

Cons

People’s development is not very structured and criteria vary significantly in different departments or groups, and from time to time. Also, the managers responsible for people’s development are overburdened with technical responsibilities.
