Pros

ASML strongly supports a great work-life balance by providing their employees with paid time off, sick leave, and flexible hours. They also strongly promote healthy habits during work hours like exercise, meditation, and nutritious diets. My team has plenty of engineers for the amount of work so I never feel over burdened or overworked. I also appreciate ASML's devotion to internal training of employees for professional and technical development. I can really feel that ASML values me.

Cons

With my position in a field office and starting during the covid pandemic, it has been a challenge to get to know people within the company outside of my department. It is a large company so you definitely need to be proactive about reaching out to others and signing up for events to learn about the global company.
