Pros

The culture is very welcoming with an adequate salary. You may be worked quite a lot, but you will be given lulls to compensate for the high workload that make up for it . The projects you work on in the mechatronics team are very fun and will teach you a great deal. Depending om your team the job is also very friendly to remote work, which is great for work life balance.

Cons

The bureaucracy. This is a large company and as a result a lot of your time will be spent jumping through hoops to get access to things you need. This is especially true for an interdisciplinary job like mechatronics. A lot of engineering work can be boring, and is in desperate need of automation.
