      Great for starting in tech and gaining expertise but bad worklife balance

      cutting edge technology diversity high pay opportunities to work on really interesting work

      Cons

      really bad work life balance overworking and over allocated to multiple projects at once sometimes feel underappreciated but expected to work late/weekends at times
