Pros

Working on great technology in a company which is very successful. Good (above market) salaries. If you can (make yourself) fit in: good career opportunities. If your quirky or creative or voice a deviating opinion... Not so much. Much traveling possible if you want.

Cons

Traditional management styles. Not open for innovation. Line and program are very hierarchical. If you think that high tech innovation also means organizational innovation, think again. Nothing like Google or Facebook here in Veldhoven.
